Health Check

A Health Check is an in-depth analysis of your current use of Salesforce at both strategic and tactical levels.  It is conducted over a series of meetings where key topics are discussed in detail to identify areas of improvement so you can maximize your return on investment in Salesforce.com.

BUSINESS CASE

Why was Salesforce originally implemented?  What business needs were Salesforce intended to meet and have those needs changed?  What are your strategic priorities and is Salesforce helping to support those priorities?

ADOPTION

Who are the different groups of users?  Are the users of Salesforce using it in the way it was intended to be used?  What are the top areas of frustration for users? Do the statistics measured by Salesforce indicate problem areas?  

GOVERNANCE

Which internal stakeholders own Salesforce?  Do those stakeholders have a process in place to govern change management?  What is your current change management process and does it incorporate input from all stakeholders?

OPPORTUNITIES

  • Quick Implementations are intended to roll-out standard functionality with minimal customizations.  Quick implementations are perfect for companies who want a solution quickly and are most interested in the standard, out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality.
  • Custom Implementations involve a more extensive customization of Salesforce and commonly involve data integrations, custom screens, and the custom automation of internal processes.  Custom implementations are perfect for companies who want to go “all-in” with Salesforce not just as a CRM but as a tool to revolutionize their business.

Ongoing Support

The Salesforce.com platform is like wet cement.  When it is first implemented, it takes the exact shape of what we needed at that time but it changes over time.  Just as business needs and teams constantly evolve, so does the need to expand and change how Salesforce is setup.  We can provide your team with certified experts who can ensure your Salesforce is always in sync.  There are two types of ongoing support models: need-based and outsourced.

NEED-BASED

We provide you support as individual needs come up.  For smaller support needs such as user maintenance we will bill you on an hourly basis. We provide you with access to a case management tool to submit, view, and manage all requests so you always have full transparency into what we are doing.  

OUTSOURCED

We charge a fixed amount per month to cover all Salesforce.com support, including not just user support and development but also governance and strategy.  The scope of this support will be well defined and anything that falls out of it will be handled as a separate SOW.
